Teenagers who are tired of the same old school holiday stuff are in for a treat this Easter when joining the Tandridge Trust holiday programme. We have teamed up with Idol Hands in Oxted to put on a fantastic guitar workshop for 12-16 year olds at Tandridge Leisure Centre in Oxted. In Caterham, de Stafford Sports Centre's 'Get Creative, Get Sporty' day camps by DASH for 5-12 year olds run throughout the Easter holidays excluding the Public Holidays. Camps start at 8.30am and finish at either 1pm for half a day or 5pm for the full day. They provide a great way for your child to make friends whilst experiencing different arts and sports activities each day. de Stafford Sports Centre coaches will also be taking young sports stars through their paces with Tag Rugby, Golf and Mini Kickers Football and swimming crash courses will be progressing young swimmers through their water skills. Top tutors will be guiding budding rock stars through the basics at Tandridge Leisure Centre on Monday 2nd April from 1.30- 3.30pm. If rocking out doesn't grab you, maybe the high-energy, fast-paced dance workout of Zumbatomic will. It's all the fun of Zumba plus Booiaka, a fusion of Latin, Brazilian, Jamaican, hip hop and old school set to funky beats. And it's just for 8-12 year olds. This two hour workout kicks off at 2.30pm on Wednesday 11th April at Tandridge Leisure Centre in Oxted. Another highlight is a photography workshop with established photographer Jayne Kemp. She will be teaching 8-14 year olds about framing, focus and perspective at Tandridge Leisure Centre on Tuesday 3rd April between 2.30- 4.30pm. Our Easter holiday programme, that can be picked up in our centres or viewed online at tandridgetrust. co.uk/brochures is jam-packed full of things for youngsters to enjoy. |
