Danny Tevfik, owner of Danny’s Fish and Chip Shop at 5 The Parade in Old Coulsdon, is over the moon having been named ‘Britain’s Best Chippy’ in a national poll carried out by Procter & Gamble.

Danny, who was awarded a £1,000 prize and a certificate, said: “It’s been fantastic and I am very proud. I would like to thank all’ our customers who have voted for us. People keep recognising me and congratulating me!”
