When it comes to being 'glam and gorgeous' I may not know much about hair styles and makeup but what I do know about is health and fitness. I hate to say it but Christmas is just around the corner and it will soon be time to buy those little black dresses and designer suits for the Christmas parties and we shall all be over-indulging with food and drink (apart from myself of course). But I am sure you want to be looking top dollar in those new clothes; apart from hair and makeup you want all those curves and toned bodies looking fabulous. As some of you already know I have worked with some top celebrities and designed lots of training concepts and diet plans to get those guys looking good for all types of occasions sch as red carpet events, photo shoots, film and theatre. In reality not all of us can afford the time and cost to reach those types of looks but we can all work towards our own goals and achievements. To help you get toned and looking and feeling great for those looming parties that are to come I have put together some top tips to help you on your way. 10 top tips for a great looking body 1. Train cardio, strength and your core for a well rounded training programme. 2. Set goals, short term and long term. 3. Remember nutrition is half the battle. 4. Be consistent with your workout. 5. Vary your workouts so that you don't plateau. 6. Make your workouts fun so you don't get bored. 7. Use tools to monitor your workouts such as heart rate monitors or pedometers. 8. Journal your results by recording your workouts and keeping a food diary. 9. Try a new sport or training class to add an element of challenge to keep you motivated. 10.
