Post box closure
Two possible sites for a post box with 24 hour access are in the grounds of the two churches in the centre of Caterham, St. John's Church and Caterham United Reformed Church. Maybe this possibility could be explored by consulting the relevant clergy.

Thank you
The Caterham Sea Cadets would like to thank the residents of Caterham, Warlingham and Oxted for helping them to raise £898.12 during their recent house to house and street collections held between 12th and 21st March. The Sea Cadets are without transport at the moment and the money raised will be going towards the purchase of a new minibus. The cadets hope to have their new minibus in time for this year's Caterham Carnival in June and so if you are there why not say hello to them so that they can thank you personally.

Passion for Life
We would like to share with your readers the news that our recent 'Passion for Life' week was a great success. Our programme of events included a family fun day, a pub quiz, a men's breakfast, an evening with Jonathan Aitken, talks at Costa, a tea and talk for those over 55 and a musical presentation of the Easter story. Approximately eight hundred people came to the different events we held across Caterham. The venues such as Costa, The Arc and The Village Inn were ideal and it was so good to see so many people come together for this initiative.
As we approach Easter 2010, Passion for Life was a great reminder of the events and relevance of that first Easter when Jesus Christ died and rose again - events that change everything!
Andy and Rachel Jack, Oakhall Church.
