The NSPCC says 'Thank you'
The NSPCC extends it's thanks to the Caterham residents who kindly supported the Street Collection on the 17th October which raised £295.45.
The collection was organised by the Caterham District of the NSPCC and all proceeds will help the charity to fund a range of vital projects and services that help vulnerable children and their families every year. These include the Surrey Project in Leatherhead which offers support and therapeutic services to Young Witnesses.
Katherine Potter, NSPCC community fundraising manager, Surrey said: "Street collections give us an opportunity to not only raise much needed funds, but also to raise awareness about the NSPCC. My thanks go to Elaine Williams, the collectors and all who contributed."
