Old Cats RFC featured on BT Sport Old Caterhamians RFC joined the likes of Matt Dawson, Ben Kay, Paul Grayson and Austin Healey this week to join in the demonstrations that are featured weekly on 'Rugby Tonight' at BT Sport. Club Captain Aron Turney was joined by 2nd XV Coach/Captain Reece Williams, Youth Academy Coach Ewan Turney and fellow team-mates Vinnie Kilner, Ben Morrison and Jamie Henderson.

The programme aired live at 8pm on Wednesday 8th January on BT Sport 1. The demonstration included the Old Cats alongside players from Maidstone RFC. Rugby legends Matt Dawson and Paul Grayson led the way, talking through plays that showed good communication between a scrum half and fly half on the rugby field. The opportunity to appear on Rugby Tonight was not only an enjoyable evening for the players, but gave them the chance to be alongside a fine selection of rugby heroes.

The Old Cats are brought back down to earth on Saturday 11th January as all three senior teams play their first games of 2014 at home. The 1st XV take on Raynes Park, the 2nd XV play Old Walcountians and the 3rd XV are up against Old Emanuel.

It looks to be an excellent afternoon of rugby, so please come up to the club on Park Avenue, Caterham, to support the teams.
